Fusion Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated CNA to join the Evening staff. The role offers a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule with 32 hours per week and the opportunity to work weekends or every other weekend.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, documenting intake, and supporting nurses. Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, signing bonus, paid time off, and a flexible schedule. Daily pay option available.

Qualifications

• CNA: 1 year preferred.
• Licensed CNA is required.
• Adheres to facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including meals and hydration.
• Support personal hygiene and mobility, turning and ambulation as needed.
• Observe residents and report health changes to the supervising nurse.
• Document intake and feeding, and maintain clean living areas.
• Transport residents within the facility and assist staff as needed.
• Follow all safety rules and confidentiality requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Help Residents with personal hygiene
• Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document Resident food and fluid intake
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport Residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

Experience:

• CNA: 1 year (Preferred)
