Harbor House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hingham is seeking a Weekend Nursing Supervisor for Saturdays and Sundays. The facility is located in a unique neighborhood setting with easy access by public transportation and a welcoming team environment.

You will welcome admissions, oversee discharges, supervise nurses and CNAs, manage staffing changes, and coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions while ensuring high-quality resident care and supporting families.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid unencumbered RN or LPN state license and CPR certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience in hospital, nursing care facility, or related setting with at least one year in long-term care.
• Experience in supervision and teaching; computer skills required.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.

Shift Schedule: 7a-7p Saturday & Sunday, Every Weekend or Every Other Weekend

Harbor House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Weekend Nursing Supervisor on Saturdays and Sundays. Harbor House is a beautiful facility located in a unique neighborhood setting within Hingham and is accessible by public transportation. Come join our team!

Requirements for Weekend Nursing Supervisor:

• Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care.

• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills.

• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.
