The City of Fayetteville in Georgia is seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to manage city-wide programs, coordinate marketing materials, and support sponsorships and volunteers. This role works independently, under limited supervision, and reports major activities at regular meetings.
Essential duties include event planning and execution, creating and publishing marketing content, tracking attendance and revenue, recruiting volunteers, and representing the city at events.

The purpose of this position is to coordinate marketing and events for the city. The work consists of varied administrative and program coordination duties.
This class works independently, under limited supervision, reporting major activities through periodic meetings.
