Levy is seeking an Events Sous Chef to lead culinary operations for River Roast Events, ensuring menu execution, high presentation standards, and adherence to safety and cost controls. You will help develop the culinary team and maintain Levy standards across shows.

The role emphasizes planning, staff scheduling, and collaborating with event teams to deliver outstanding food experiences.

Qualifications

• Fine dining experience preferred.
• Experience tasting and evaluating food and beverage products.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Outlook email; and internet-based applications.
• Experience managing and developing a culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Executes menus in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintains recipes and core culinary standards.
• Ensures food presentation meets show-quality standards.
• Forecasts and schedules culinary team members based on operational needs.
• Plans product and equipment requirements for anticipated business levels.
