You will host events, manage timelines, venues, vendors, budgets and technology, and you will drive relationships that turn events into lasting connections.

Qualifications

• Proven event-planning experience from budgeting to flawless day-of execution.
• Strong host presence and guest experience focus.
• Ability to build relationships that convert experiences into lasting connections.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning and execution of CAG events from concept through post-event evaluation.
• Manage timelines, venues, vendors, catering, budgets, materials, technology, and logistics.
• Serve as the host and face of events with seamless day-of execution.
• Own the full seminar lifecycle—planning, hosting, and presenting to groups of ~30–50.
• Build rapport and apply consultative sales to guide guests toward a complimentary consultation.
• Coordinate with advisors and manage timely post-event follow-through.
