The role requires prospecting local organizations, attending community events, and managing phone and computer communications with a genuine passion for delivering a guest‑focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell event packages for birthday parties, corporate events, and other group gatherings.
• Design customized combinations of food, drinks, and attractions for guests.
• Prospect and engage local organizations through outbound outreach and community events.
• Respond to leads in a timely fashion, typically the next business day.
• Book sales three months in advance to ensure capacity planning.
• Collaborate with the Park Team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and secure environment for all events.
