Urban Air Adventure Parks in Gilroy, California is seeking an Events/SALES Consultant responsible for selling event packages for birthday parties and corporate events. This role involves designing food and attraction combinations, engaging local organizations, and managing relationships for memorable experiences. Ideal candidates are outgoing, goal-oriented, and possess outstanding communication skills. The position may involve weekend and evening shifts, reflecting the family entertainment environment and business-casual dress code.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple events at once.
• Proven sales skills with a track record of exceeding targets.

Responsabilités

• Sell event packages for birthday parties and corporate events.
• Design customized combinations of food, drinks, and attractions.
• Prospect local organizations and engage in community events.
• Respond to leads promptly and book sales three months in advance.
• Collaborate with the Park Team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Community Outreach & Events Sales Coordinator

Urban Air Gilroy is looking for a friendly, outgoing person who enjoys connecting with people and bringing communities together.

Your goal is simple: build local relationships, bring in new group events, and help families create great memories!

What You'll Do

• Connect with schools, PTAs, churches, sports teams, nonprofits, and local businesses.
• Promote birthday parties, school outings, fundraisers, and corporate events.
• Attend Chamber meetings and local community events.
• Follow up with leads and turn conversations into bookings.
• Work with our park team to make every event great.

You'll Be Great If You

• Love meeting new people and building relationships.
• Are friendly, confident, organized, and comfortable with sales.
• Know the Gilroy, Morgan Hill, Hollister, or surrounding communities.
• Have good phone, email, and communication skills.
• Speak English and Spanish or other languages — a big plus!
• Have PTA, fundraising, event planning, or community outreach experience — a plus, not required.

No formal sales experience required. A great personality, local connections, and willingness to learn matter most.
