Andersen Corporation is looking for a Marketing Representative I in Illinois responsible for engaging homeowners at events and retail locations to generate leads. This position involves initiating conversations to educate customers on window and door replacement solutions, ensuring a positive representation of our brand.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a customer service background, and is self-motivated. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50 pounds are required.
The Marketing Representative I is responsible for engaging homeowners at events, retail locations, and occasional showroom shifts to generate qualified leads. This role focuses on initiating meaningful conversations, educating customers on window and door replacement solutions, and following a prescribed methodology to identify interest and needs. The primary objective is to set appointments for homeowners to receive an in‑home consultation, ensuring a positive representation of the brand while consistently driving high‑quality opportunities for the sales team.
Provide information on key brand details to customers regarding RbA products and the sales process. Guide and educate customers through a conversation to determine to what extent we can help them; follow the Lead Management process in obtaining/setting a sales appointment at event, retail, showroom or RSVP locations. Fulfill appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines, including the set‑up and teardown of event and retail booth space as needed. Deliver a world‑class homeowner experience by providing clear communication, setting realistic expectations, and embodying the Renewal by Andersen “Brand Promise” and “Who We Are” documents. Attend team meetings and training identified by the event and retail manager or supervisor.
$17.00 per hour plus incentives.
$15.27 – $22.90 per hour.

Profit Sharing: In 2026, Andersen has set a profit‑sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments and tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
