Renewal by Andersen in the United States seeks a Marketing Representative I to engage homeowners at events, retail locations, and showroom shifts, generating qualified leads and setting in-home consultation appointments.

You will educate customers on window and door replacement solutions, deliver a world-class homeowner experience, and coordinate with the Event and Retail Manager to meet targets. This role offers growth opportunities and incentives.

This role focuses on initiating meaningful conversations, educating customers on window and door replacement solutions, and following a prescribed methodology to identify interest and needs. The primary objective is to set appointments for homeowners to receive an in-home consultation, ensuring a positive representation of the brand while consistently driving high-quality opportunities for the sales team.Position Responsibilities:Provide information key brand details to customers regarding RbA products and the sales process. Guide and educate customers through a conversation to determine to what extent we can help them; follow the Lead Management process in obtaining/setting a sales appointment at Event, Retail, Showroom or RSVP locations.
