The role aims to set appointments for in-home consultations, representing the brand positively and driving high-quality opportunities for the sales team. Prior customer service or event marketing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Purpose:

The Marketing Representative I is responsible for engaging homeowners at events, retail locations, and occasional showroom shifts to generate qualified leads. This role focuses on initiating meaningful conversations, educating customers on window and door replacement solutions, and following a prescribed methodology to identify interest and needs. The primary objective is to set appointments for homeowners to receive an in-home consultation, ensuring a positive representation of the brand while consistently driving high-quality opportunities for the sales team.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide information key brand details to customers regarding Renewal by Andersen products and the sales process. Guide and educate customers through a conversation to determine to what extent we can help them; follow the Lead Management process in obtaining/setting a sales appointment at Event, Retail, or Showroom locations. Fulfill appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines. (Includes the set-up, teardown of event and retail booth space as needed)

Deliver a World Class Homeowner Experience by providing clear communication with prospective customers, setting realistic expectations and embodying the Renewal by Andersen "Brand Promise" and "Who We Are" documents.

Attend Team Meetings and training identified by Event and Retail Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience preferred
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills along with strong interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and/or time dependent activities
• Flexibility, cooperation, customer focus and open to changes in work schedules, processes and team participation.
• Possess a valid driver's licenses and has reliable transportation to job sites throughout the region
• Event/Retail Marketing Experience Preferred
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to complete projects with little assistance from others
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

PAY RANGE:

$13.88 - $20.82

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
