Senior Manager, Enterprise Talent Services at Motion Recruitment

Our client, a well-known accounting and finance tax platform, is actively hiring a Remote Program Manager to join their team. This role is remote, supporting EST business hours.

*This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays!*

In this role, you will work closely with teams in Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to enhance lead generation efforts, focusing on both quality and quantity. You will develop and implement a comprehensive lead management strategy to effectively capture, qualify, and distribute leads.

Responsibilities:

• Review current processes through documentation and analysis of process and data flows to drive operational excellence
• Design new global process flows
• Lead the operational vision for process domains
• Communicate with stakeholders across the Sales organization to define global operations roadmaps and execute projects

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Business Operations, or consulting
• Experience supporting multiple Sales/GTM teams
