You will oversee attendants, ensure timely shifts, and manage traffic and payments at the gate, while maintaining safety and service standards across shifts. Salary offers hourly pay with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to run/move quickly to retrieve vehicles during the post-game rush.
• Previous Special Event Supervisor experience is a must.
• Customer service experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Courteously assist customers and guide team members to answer attendee questions professionally.
• Oversee quality customer service, monitor parking payments, and manage traffic flow through the gate.
• Ensure team members arrive on time, in uniform, and well trained.
• Master event venue knowledge and city surroundings to guide customers and attendants effectively.
• Direct traffic control at entrances/exits as needed.
• Report safety incidents, violations, hazards, or unusual occurrences to management.
• Inspect the facility and report debris, hazards, or spills.
• Ensure staff adherence to site requirements and supervise money distribution and cash handling.
• Audit cashier shift transactions and complete supervisory reports.
