Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Courteously assist customers and answer questions.
• Deliver quality customer service, collect payment for parking services, and manage traffic flow through gates.
• Arrive on time in uniform and maintain a neat appearance.
• Provide directions and knowledge of local locations as needed.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits when required.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility or Senior Manager.
