Job summary

asmglobal is seeking a Team Member to assist with event setup, tear down, and changeovers at our Toledo venue. The role involves cleaning, housekeeping, waste removal, and facility upkeep across indoor and outdoor areas, with adherence to safety and policy guidelines.

Responsibilities include operating floor scrubbers and other equipment, handling HVAC and security systems as needed, and communicating building policies to clients.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Ohio driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event set up, tear down, and changeover under moderate supervision.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping across the facility (carpet extraction, floor stripping/sealing, window cleaning).
• Maintain cleaning, upkeep and minor maintenance of the facility; report safety concerns.
• Operate motorized equipment (floor scrubber, snow removal equipment, lawnmower) as needed.
• Assist with outdoor grounds maintenance and snow removal as directed.
• Manage HVAC and security systems and other operations within the building.
• Coordinate with clients to communicate building policies during events.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays with overtime as required.
