The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville is seeking a full-time Operations Technician to handle the set-up and tear-down of events, assist with warehouse runs, and coordinate storage and equipment needs. The role reports to the Manager of Operations and requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications include a High School diploma, ability to lift 75 lbs, and strong communication and teamwork skills; hospitality experience is a plus for

Competenze

• High School diploma required.
• Hospitality experience a plus.
• Experience as an operations technician with similar duties is preferred.

Mansioni

• Daily event setup including tables, chairs, podiums, stage, pipe and drape, banners, and related requests.
• Reset event space at the end of each event for the next business day.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front-of-house museum spaces throughout the day.
• Supervise temporary staff, setup crews, housekeeping staff and vendors.
• Ensure facility and event spaces meet CMHOFM standards; assist with interdepartmental requests.
