Job summary

The Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum is seeking a full-time Operations Technician to support event setup, teardown, and day-to-day operations in the Operations Department. You will help plan walk-throughs, coordinate deliveries, and manage storage spaces.

Hours include nights, weekends, and some holidays. Requirements include a High School diploma; hospitality experience or prior operations tech work is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Hospitality experience a plus.
• Operations/tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily event setup and teardown including tables, chairs, podiums, stage, pipe and drape.
• Maintain front-of-house space clean and organized.
• Supervise temporary staff, setup staff, housekeeping staff and vendors.
• Ensure facility and event space meet CMHOFM standards.
• Perform housekeeping tasks when needed.
• Assist with interdepartmental requests and other duties as assigned.
