Job summary

The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville seeks an Operations Technician to handle the setup and tear down for all events. You will assist in building layouts, moving equipment, and ensuring spaces are ready for guests.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires working flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays. The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to lift up to 75 lbs, and collaborate with the operations team to deliver outstanding event experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down for events, including tables, chairs, podiums, and stage.
• Assist with building walk-throughs, warehouse runs, and deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces.
• Supervise temporary staff and vendors as needed.
• Support interdepartmental requests and respond to ad hoc duties.
• Lift up to 75 lbs.
