Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in professional event planning, or work administering a membership program, or a combination of both.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale fundraising events that generate significant revenue.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead logistical and administrative planning for the annual gala, including venue, catering, décor, vendor negotiations, and on-site execution.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of gala sponsor benefits and donor recognition.
  • Cultivate gifts for the Gala in coordination with the advancement team to meet fundraising goals.
  • Develop a year-round calendar of events and programming for Farnsworth members.
  • Coordinate membership acquisition campaigns, renewals, and benefit fulfillment to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee membership invitations and digital communications in collaboration with brand strategy.
