Job description

Enterprise Events Manager

ADP is hiring an Events Marketing Manager within our Enterprise Marketing team. In this position you will be responsible for the project management and execution of prospect events, third-party industry events, and ADP hosted events. You will partner closely with our Enterprise Marketing Team, Sales, Sales Ops, Corporate Events, and external vendors to maximize the overall attendee experience of prospect/client-facing events, industry conferences and trade shows.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party organizations to plan and execute key events.
  • Manage trade show portable program and relationships with exhibit houses.
  • Coordinate invite development process, registration site execution and on-site operations.
  • Oversee vendors and sponsors to guarantee contracted services are delivered as agreed upon.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including setup, teardown, transportation, and staffing to ensure smooth operations on event days.
  • Work closely with outside vendors such as exhibit houses, promo providers, print shops.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather attendee feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Travel as needed to ADP-hosted, in-person events and industry events.
  • Track events and trade show results to provide analysis of program effectiveness, ROI and post-event reporting.
Qualifications Required
  • 3-5 years of experience planning and executing B2B and/or B2C event strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of current event trends, best practices and buyer needs.
  • Experience with ROI/financial analysis and lead tracking of events programs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
