Job summary

RSI Security is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in the Dallas Fort Worth area to plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site facilitation.

You will also support the marketing team with day-to-day operations such as content creation, posting, campaign coordination, and general project support, while producing assets from established templates with speed and accuracy.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events from start to finish.
• Support marketing with content creation, posting, and campaign coordination.
• Turn pre-defined design directions into marketing assets quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and attend events with logistics and on-site coordination.
• Draft and post content across social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Coordinate pre-event promotion, including emails and social posts.
• Lead on-site point of contact for vendors and RSI staff.
• Create post-event lead lists in HubSpot and report ROI to marketing leadership.
