Job description

The Events Manager owns the strategy, execution, measurement, and scalability of Big Money Retirement’s seminar and event platform across all existing and future markets. This role is accountable for building an event operating system capable of growing with the Firm — ensuring venues are strategically selected, events are properly staffed and equipped, data is accurately captured and analyzed, follow-up occurs on every prospect, and leadership maintains clear visibility into performance across every market. Every event must produce measurable intelligence that helps Big Money Retirement make the next event, and the next market, better.

As the Firm expands into new markets, the Events Manager serves as the central point of accountability for seminar operations across the organization. This includes leading Client Engagement Specialists and Event Coordinators from an event-execution perspective, evaluating venue and market performance, identifying trends within the prospect journey, and continuously improving the Firm’s ability to convert marketing activity into meaningful client opportunities. The Events Manager works within a structured and aligned leadership ecosystem, carrying full accountability for individual execution, team performance, data quality, and the protection of the Firm’s event infrastructure and proprietary processes.
