The Westin Memphis Beale Street Hotel is seeking a Conference Services Manager to lead planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and catering in Memphis, TN. You will manage group blocks, coordinate with sales and banquet teams, and ensure client satisfaction from pre‑event through post‑event.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years in conference services or hotel sales coordination, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and related hotel software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or college coursework completed.
• 2–5 years’ experience as Conference Service Manager or Sales Coordinator at a full‑service hotel.
• Experience with group contracts, catering, and event operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review group requirements and block guest rooms and space.
• Maximize room and function space revenue and upsell catering services.
• Lead pre‑ and post‑event meetings and coordinate with sales, chef, and banquet teams.
• Communicate event details to clients and hotel departments; ensure smooth execution.
