Job summary

PSA Security is seeking an Events & Learning Operations Coordinator in Westminster, CO to support PSA's Events and Learning & Development teams. You will coordinate speaker content logistics, sponsorships, trade shows, and learning administration across conferences and programs.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive planning, and exceptional service to members, sponsors, speakers, exhibitors, and internal teams. A Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Admin, Marketing, Communications, Education or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, learning administration, or association management preferred.
• Experience with event tech platforms like CVENT, and LMS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate speaker logistics for PSA and Edge events, conferences, summits, peer groups and educational programs.
• Manage materials: biographies, headshots, presentations, registration, and special requirements.
• Coordinate conference Call for Papers processes and educational session scheduling within CVENT.
