Qualifications

  • High school diploma with a minimum of three years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google Applications.

  • Self-starter with ability to think independently and anticipate next steps.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with execution of Face to Face events, including logistics, invitations, registration, materials, and seating.
  • Provide onsite event support with setup, registration, nametags, vendor management, guest experience and strike.
  • Manage post-event logistics including unpacking, invoicing, and debrief meetings.
  • Create and maintain detailed event documentation like run-of-show schedules and contact lists.
  • Support all event phases from pre-event planning to post-event wrap-up.
  • Maintain inventory of event templates and materials.
