Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required with 3+ years related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or donor relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with execution of Face to Face events, including logistics, invitations, registration, materials, seating.
  • Provide on-site event support, setup, registration, nametags, vendor management, guest experience and post-event wrap-up.
  • Maintain event documentation, run-of-show schedules, production notes, and contact lists.
  • Manage event templates and materials inventory; ensure up-to-date accessibility.
  • Collaborate with Events Director on campus activation and Campus Ambassador program.
  • Oversee volunteers on event days and develop project calendars and timelines.
