Foundry Robotics is seeking a junior events role to own the end-to-end event program in Emeryville, CA, including calendar, booth design, logistics, and follow-up. You will work with the Social Media & Brand Voice Lead on content when events are slow and travel as needed.

This in-person role requires ownership, quick decision-making, and the ability to build a scalable event system. As a startup in the AI-first manufacturing space, you’ll contribute to a multi-disciplinary team, ship tangible

Competenze

1–3 years running events, field marketing or related roles.
Evidence you have shipped something physical to a deadline and had it arrive working.
Comfort with a spreadsheet: budgets, lead counts, cost per meeting.
Clear, quick writing: booth copy, a one-pager, a follow-up email, a post.
Willingness to travel and to work the long day that a show floor actually is.
Bias toward doing it yourself; small team with no events team yet.

Mansioni

Own the calendar. Build and maintain the annual event plan and justify each event.
Own the environment: booth design, giveaways, and visitor impression.
Run the events from end to end, manage logistics, and assign roles.
Define and track show ROI: spend, leads, meetings, pipeline, readouts within a week.
Lead follow-up: get leads to the right people within 48 hours.
Prepare the team: brief staff, talk tracks, target accounts.
Support social and content: capture media, draft posts, manage content calendar.
Manage vendors and budget: contracts, invoices, budget integrity and overruns.
