Qualifications

• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assign lanes, rental shoes, and bowling equipment to guests.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately at the front desk.
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries about pricing, hours, and events.
• Support food and beverage service at the snack bar as needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house environment.
• Assist with birthday parties, group events, and league coordination.
