Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare for customer visits, including scheduling meeting spaces, refreshments, tours, and hospitality.
• Plan and coordinate employee anniversaries and recognition activities.
• Coordinate company birthday celebrations and employee recognition.
• Plan and coordinate company BBQs, holiday gatherings, and other employee events.
• Maintain an annual company events calendar and manage budgets and invoices.
• Assist with company tours and introductions to key personnel if needed.
• Run errands and source all supplies required for events.
