Southall Farm and Inn is seeking an organized Event Planning Coordinator to assist the Events team. You will support the Director of Events and Event Planners, translate plans into actionable details, and help ensure accurate, timely event documentation across departments.

• Provide administrative and planning support to the Director of Events and Event Planners throughout the event-planning process.

• Track outstanding information, decisions, deadlines, and follow-up items for upcoming events.
• Prepare event orders and BEOs based on information from Event Planners and approved details.
• Coordinate information between Events and operational departments to ensure clear communication.
