Job summary

Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club seeks an experienced Event Director to plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, corporate meetings, golf tournaments, and social gatherings. You will ensure every event reflects the club’s standards of hospitality and excellence, with a focus on member and guest satisfaction.

The role requires managing budgets, coordinating with culinary, golf, and service teams, and maintaining compliance and safety across all events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning or management in hospitality or country club settings.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop contracts for and oversee administrative and operational aspects of events.
• Oversee planning and execution of all club events from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with members to create tailored event experiences meeting needs and preferences.
• Manage event logistics including Food & Beverage, AV, décor, vendors, and linen.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage Manager, Executive Chef, and Golf Professional on communications.
