Qualifications

• Professional experience in catering sales, event planning or hospitality.
• Experience with private clubs preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, proposals, contracts, and revenue targets.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the club's chief memory maker by planning and executing events.
• Build relationships with members and clients throughout the planning process.
• Grow catering and events business with weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings.
• Coordinate all aspects of event planning including menus, timelines, budgets.
• Lead event execution with calm, organized leadership.
