Job summary

The Dallara Experience Hub in Speedway, Indiana is seeking an Events Associate to help run engaging motorsport and sim racing events. You will assist with setup/teardown, guide guests, and ensure a clean, welcoming space while delivering outstanding guest services.

You will also monitor simulator sessions and help enforce safety guidelines to ensure smooth operations. This part-time role requires weekend and evening availability, punctuality, and a proactive, customer-focused approach to

Responsibilities

Assist with the setup and teardown of events at the Dallara Experience Hub.
Ensure the event space and simulator areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready.
Provide guest services such as greeting guests, offering directions, and answering questions.
Handle guest concerns professionally.
Monitor and troubleshoot simulator sessions and ensure guests follow safety and operational guidelines.
Conduct engaging guided tours of the Dallara Experience Hub for individual guests and groups.
Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards.
