Job summary

The Dallara Experience Hub in Speedway, Indiana is seeking an Events Associate to help run engaging motorsport and sim racing events. You will assist with setup/teardown, guide guests, and ensure a clean, welcoming space while delivering outstanding guest services.

Job description

The Events Associate supports the events and sim racing experiences at the Dallara Experience Hub. This role is responsible for engaging with guests, supporting event operations, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, customer-focused, and passionate about motorsports and sim racing, with a commitment to creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

• Assist with the setup and teardown of events at the Dallara Experience Hub.
• Ensure the event space and simulator areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Provide guest services such as greeting guests, offering directions, and answering questions.

Schedule

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time position. Evening and weekend work may be required based on event needs.
