Base pay range

$83,000.00/yr - $102,000.00/yr

About the job:

As a Meeting and Events Coordinator at JLL, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing meetings and events. Working Collaboratively with the Facilities Manager and the Food Services Manager, you’ll be an integral part of the Meetings & Events Team.

What this job involves:

Lead and support onsite meeting and events teams.

Ensure timely updates of Outlook booking systems.

Coordinate event setups and requests efficiently.

Manage out-of-hours meetings and events effectively.

Maintain meeting rooms to agreed standards.

Oversee support services (e.g., Technicians, Janitorial, Security).

Ensure compliance with EHS requirements.

Manage meeting room equipment and liaise with external providers.

Liaise with Global Events Support (GES) when needed.

Your Profile:

You enjoy working in high-profile corporate environments and you already gained past experience in this area.

Hospitality experience is a plus, helping us set our events apart.

Facilities Management exposure would be beneficial to help us streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

You effortlessly navigate communication barriers and connect with diverse audiences.

You possess proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack

Your meticulous attention to detail ensures no aspect of our events or operations goes unnoticed.

With outstanding customer service skills, you effortlessly communicate with clients at every level.
