Job summary

Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is seeking an Events Coordinator to manage firm events, outreach, and event‑driven content creation. You will plan, promote, and execute networking events while capturing content for the firm’s platforms.

The role blends event coordination, content creation, and relationship management in a fast‑paced environment. The position requires commuting to Fort Lauderdale, FL, 1+ year in related fields, and proficiency with Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and GoHighLevel.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in social media marketing, content creation, or digital design.
• Proven ability to manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Ability to work after hours on Wednesday for event support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate with the remote Events Concierge Team daily.
• Outreach to new prospective attendees for upcoming events.
• Build relationships with referral partners, community groups, and high‑value professionals.
• Plan, promote, and execute high‑value networking events and firm experiences.
• Capture and publish event‑related content across firm platforms.
• Coordinate event logistics, vendors, materials, and on‑site support.
• Track registrations, attendance, and event metrics; optimize future events.
