Gunster in West Palm Beach seeks a full-time Marketing & Communications Assistant to support social media, email marketing, website content, PR, and event coordination. The role partners with the marketing team and attorneys to create and distribute content and maintain the firm’s online presence.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, with strong writing, organizational, and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, English or related field.
• Two+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Office, Canva, social platforms, email tools, and CMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and communications initiatives across social media, email, website content, PR, and events.
• Create and distribute content, maintain online presence, and track analytics.
• Assist with client and firm events, ensuring brand consistency across communications.
• Collaborate with marketing team and attorneys to manage multiple priorities.
