Crowne Plaza Knoxville Downtown University is seeking an experienced Meetings & Events Concierge to lead the planning and execution of exceptional events, from corporate meetings to elegant weddings. You will manage client communications, coordinate with culinary and operations teams, and ensure flawless service from start to finish.

The role requires strong organizational, leadership, and hospitality-focused skills, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet or event management (hotel experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and execute banquet events from start to finish.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless service.
• Collaborate with culinary, banquets and operations teams to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with client vision in mind.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues that arise.
