You will lead outside sales efforts, build relationships, and curate proposals to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or hotel sales background is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Prospect corporate accounts, local businesses, and organizations.
• Conduct outside sales calls, client visits, and property tours.
• Create proposals and negotiate agreements to close business.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, accounts, and revenue forecasts.
• Represent the hotel at community events and industry functions.
