Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Club events and regattas with key committees to ensure memorable member experiences.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and billing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop menus that align with member preferences.
• Develop event pricing with Club Management to balance member value and financial goals.
• Coordinate regatta-related social functions with the Race Department to complement racing activities.
• Work with F&B, Catering, and Front Desk to ensure seamless event logistics and clear communication.
• Ensure events are communicated to the Catering Department for the weekly catering packet.
• Prepare spaces for events with proper room setups and timing; support on-the-day execution.
• On the floor during events, running operations to ensure smooth delivery of service.
