Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft 365.
• Strong multitask and project management skills.
• Delphi experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze client needs and negotiate pricing.
• Able to work under time pressures and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Create files for contracts, correspondence, forms, memorandums, Delphi updates, and other documents.
• Answer telephone and respond to inquiries.
• Direct callers based on requests.
• Record and distribute messages accurately.
• Relay sales-related information to hotel operations and management.
• Assist in daily department operations and other duties as assigned.
