Job summary

Dallas Marriott Suites Medical/Market Center, located at 2493 N Stemmons Freeway in Dallas, seeks a part-time guest service associate to join our hotel team. You will provide prompt and professional service to guests, assist with setup details and maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation.

Responsibilities include reviewing event details, assisting the setup staff, preparing beverages, and communicating changes with the kitchen to ensure memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
