Job summary

Dallas Marriott Suites Medical/Market Center is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate to deliver attentive service to guests at 2493 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas.

You will assist with guest check-in/out, answer questions, coordinate with kitchen and front desk, and ensure events run smoothly.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays are essential.

Job Description

What you will be doing

• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
