Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• 1 year experience as a Restaurant or Banquet Food Server.
• Food handling certificate.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Provide legible communication.
• Compute basic arithmetic.
• Ability to: perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned tables and ensure correct setup according to hotel standards.
• Retrieve and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables.
• Take beverage orders and collect payments where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of work areas and equipment.
