Job summary

Platinum Coastal Group in Newark, New Jersey, is seeking an entry-level, on-site hospitality role to greet attendees, answer questions, and help ensure a smooth guest experience at concerts, sports, conferences, or entertainment events.

You'll work face-to-face with guests, assist with seating, entry, and venue policies, resolve routine concerns, and support safe guest flow before, during, and after events. Prior hospitality experience is helpful, but training is provided for entry-level hires.

IN-PERSON HOSPITALITY ROLE

This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.
