We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support our event planning and coordination team. The ideal candidate will assist in the execution of various types of events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and professionally. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to make events successful.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of corporate and private events
  • Support logistical arrangements including venue setup, vendor communication, and guest management
  • Coordinate event timelines, materials, and supplies
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
  • Manage on-site event operations and provide support during events
  • Maintain detailed records of event activities and expenditures
  • Ensure events are executed within budget and according to company standards

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
