We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team. The Events Assistant will support the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, workshops, and business functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring each event runs smoothly from conception to completion.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in coordinating all logistical aspects of events including venues, vendors, and materials
- Collaborate with the events team to plan event timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Support onsite event operations, including setup, registration, and guest services
- Communicate with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met
- Manage event documentation and post-event reporting
- Ensure events adhere to company standards and brand guidelines
- Perform administrative tasks related to event preparation and follow-up
Qualifications
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as required by event schedules
