Job summary

HYROX is seeking an enthusiastic Event Workforce Coordinator (m/f/d) for the US & Canada market. You will support planning, onboarding, scheduling and on-site delivery of HYROX's Volunteer Management Programme, working with judges, head judges and volunteers.

This hands-on role requires weekend work and travel to HYROX events across North America, with growth into delegated regional responsibilities. The role emphasizes meticulous administration, system use, and proactive communication to build

Qualifications

• Solid background in events and workforce coordination for live events.
• Experience with volunteer programs, recruitment, onboarding and scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce planning and administration for HYROX events in US & Canada.
• Create and manage event roles, shifts, schedules and allocations in the VMS.
• Maintain accurate judge and volunteer records and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and recognition initiatives.
• Deliver on-site support for check-in, briefings and deployments.
• Collaborate with Event Operations and stakeholders to resolve issues.
