Qualificações

• Must be enrolled in a hospitality program (Sophomore level or above preferred).
• Previous customer service, hospitality, event, or related experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support Event Manager with coordination and execution of weddings, special events, tours, and other activities.
• Assist with family and sales-related matters as directed by the Event Manager.
• Welcome guests and provide a professional experience during weddings and events.
• Answer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous manner.
• Assist with tours for prospective clients and with wedding bookings and meetings.
• Aid in setup, execution, and breakdown of events; travel between locations as needed.
