Legends Global is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and execute warehouse operations across the venue under the Warehouse Manager. The role emphasizes safety, organization and sanitation, with duties including task delegation, planning for events and ensuring material needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in entertainment or conventions, strong teamwork and communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better; related experience preferred.
• Two years in receipt/storage/distribution of food, beverage, supplies or equipment.
• Experience at supervisory level in an entertainment or convention center venue.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute warehouse operations and procedures to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support planning and preparation for events, assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities to warehouse staff.
• Maintain highest levels of safety, organization and sanitation in all warehousing and storage areas.
• Receive, store and distribute supplies and equipment in large centralized warehousing operations.
• Use storage systems and procedures to maximize space usage.
• Submit reports of damage, outdated stock or discrepancies to vendors.
• Communicate with management and vendors; reconcile invoice discrepancies and coordinate urgent shipments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform related duties as required.
