Job summary

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• Two years’ experience in receipt, storage or distribution of food, beverage, supplies or equipment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an entertainment or convention center venue.
• Ability to promote and participate in a team environment.
• Ability to understand written and oral direction and communicate it clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute warehouse operations to meet venue needs.
• Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to warehouse staff.
• Maintain safety, organization and sanitation in warehousing areas.
• Manage inventory control, cataloging and distribution of materials.
• Submit reports on damage, stock discrepancies, or over/under shipments.
• Coordinate with management and vendors for shipments and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
